Chad Gallagher is the co-founder and co-owner of SlateHouse Property Management. SlateHouse, founded in 2014, manages over 3,500 units for investment owners across New Jersey and Pennsylvania, with over 100 employees.

Experience
Chad is also the co-owner of SlateHouse Investments, which owns 200 units, has raised $2MM as part of SlateHouse syndication, and is co-owner of SlateHouse Realty, a brokerage division with 20 real estate agents focused on working with investors to buy and sell real estate.

Chad also launched The Hive, a co-working office space network with three office locations. In addition, he started Real Estate Hackers, a community celebrating amazing people who built something from nothing. Real Estate Hackers hosts a podcast highlighting how various investors got started in real estate and is also a network of local meetups across the Mid-Atlantic with over 7,000 members.

Chad is a writer for BiggerPockets, the leading real estate investor website. He has been featured on five different real estate podcasts and was a speaker at multiple events, including the MidAtlantic Summit.

Previous to real estate, Chad led the Advertising.com mobile network, which had $100MM in revenue and was acquired by Verizon as part of a larger acquisition.

Chad graduated in 2006 from the University of Virginia with a degree in Systems Engineering and a minor in Business.
